Business bank account was heading towards maximum overdraft of $100,000 dollars, with $50,000 payroll due in days. It was a make-or-break moment, and I had no choice but to pivot fast.
I transitioned the business into what it is today, an award winning and leading APAC eCommerce agency.
HOW? Shifting our focus to large and enterprise-level clients.
We went from offering $7,000 projects to closing countless multiple SIX figure projects and ongoing retainers with established brands and fortune 500 companies.
On top of that to stabilise revenue, I launched new revenue pillars, Including a scalable retainer model, that help bring over $250,000 MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue in to the business. )
That $100K overdraft wasn’t the end, it was the beginning. It forced me to think bigger, act faster, and create a business that I’m proud off.

So what’s up with the All Black picture?
A few years ago, I flew to San Francisco for an elite eCommerce gathering.
To stand out in a sea of industry heavyweights, I went dressed as a member of New Zealand’s national rugby team, the All Blacks.
Now, let’s be clear, I don’t have the skill set or body mass to be a professional rugby player, but this creative marketing stunt worked.
We became the talk of the event. Agencies, app partners, and merchants lined up for autographs, genuinely believing we were All Blacks players. To this day, that bold idea has left a lasting impression merchants still remember us and reach out to help them with their eCommerce brand, all from that one audacious move.
It’s that same creativity and strategic thinking that I bring to the brands that myself and the team worked with. Whether it’s a large known brands like G-Shock, BedsRus, or parent company to most pet foods you see in retail stores; Real Pet Food to grow their presence, or driving new brands like Digital Storm to surpass over $60 million in sales within their first year online.
