    Step 2. Once you registered for Free, hit the + New Lindy on the left hand side.

    Step 3. Look for the Meeting Coach template.

    Step 4. Go to settings and paste the prompt I provide below.

    Step 5. Insert the email address you want it to go, including CC.

    Step 6. You can edit any other option you want but thats it.

    To test it, click test, choose a meeting you have coming up, enter it and admit your voice agent. The rest will take place once you close the meeting down.
